Cleaning Tips for your Device Case

Cleaning your Samsung Galaxy, iPhone, iPad, laptop or AirPod case is an important task that can help keep your device looking and working like new. Plus, a clean case is a more sanitary case. Cleaning your device case reduces your exposure to germs and it’s a simple, quick process that can be done with just a few household items.

Before you clean your phone or device case for the first time, there are few considerations to keep in mind, so your device stays safe and so certain materials aren’t damaged, like UAG’s protective Kevlar, found in the Monarch Series cases and thermoplastic polyurethane products, found in the Lucent and Dot Series.

Here are a few tips to help you keep your phone case clean and in good condition:

  • Start by removing your device from the case.

  • Next, wipe down the case with a dry, soft microfiber cloth. This can help remove any dirt or debris that has accumulated on the surface of the case or in the crevasses.

  • If there are any spots or stains on the case that are not easily removed with a dry cloth, you can try using a damp microfiber cloth or soft brush with warm water with a small amount of mild soap.

  • After you have cleaned the case, rinse it thoroughly with clean water to remove any remaining soap. Then, gently pat the case dry with a clean microfiber cloth or let it air dry.

  • Once you have finished cleaning the case, be sure to dry it thoroughly before putting your phone back inside. A good way to do this is to use a dry, soft microfiber cloth to gently pat the case dry.

  • It's important to note that you should avoid using abrasive materials or cleaning solutions on your phone case, as they can damage the silicone and Kevlar.

  • The key to keeping your phone case in good condition is to clean it regularly and properly.

By following these simple tips, you can help keep your smartphone case looking and working like new. Regular cleaning is an easy way to ensure that your phone stays in great condition, and it only takes a few minutes to complete.

So go ahead and give your case a quick cleaning today!
