Respect UAG
When 15 pm appeared i bought a civilian right away because it’s my favorite case that i used in the past but sadly it had a cutout and the new button was difficult to press. About 2 weeks ago i got an email from UAG noticing me that they send me the new updated case with a button instead of cutout. I received it today and now it’s perfect. I recommend it for anyone who wants a slim, yet protective case

UAG do not care.
Case is not the same as displayed!
The case I received does not cover the action button, instead it has a hole that makes it hard to reach the action button.
I contacted UAG customer service to inform them and request the displayed case on their website, they promised to get back to me and it's been 10 days now and no one reached out to me.

Make it right UAG!
Confirmed with UAG by their email system before ordering the case it has a button not a slot for the action button like it shows on the website. Case was delivered on 12/5/23 and it has a slot. They told me in order to get the revised case with a button that I was supposed to get to begin with, I would have to send back the case with a slot and pay for shipping and tracking at my expense before they would send the revised case that has a button…are you kidding me!!!! This was UAG’s fault, not mine. Send a prepaid shipping label and send me what you said I would get to begin with and make your mistake right. Customer service is none existent. No number to talk to actual person, only their email system. UAG, you have my email and information to make this right and send what you told me in writing I would get before I placed the order.
