Excellent case for protection, but completely misleading.
I have had UAG cases for as long as I can remember, and they are amazing. I accidentally ran over my phone with a forklift, not even a scratch on my phone although the case was scuffed. So when i upgraded to 15 pro max and received this case i was excited with how it looked, but MagSafe charging does not work at all. At first I thought it was my phone issue, so I even sent it back to Apple and they found nothing wrong. I tried it without the case on and it works just fine. I submitted a claim through their customer service, which is horribly slow and does not seem to understand the issue at hand. They informed me that they have no knowledge of any MagSafe charging issues with their cases.
Excellent case for protection, but completely misleading.

Solid protection and strong MagSafe
First and foremost I love this brand. It's been protecting my iPhones since 2014. And this blue Monarch finally in MagSafe is no exception! Wireless charging works great both in-home and in my car. No issues with different size USB-C cables either. I do have a couple pain points, though, but neither were deal breakers obviously
1. The leather wrapped around the outer portion of the MagSafe doesn't go point to point. It's cut off on the left side just below the camera housing
2. The cutout for the action button is not centered, it sits in the bottom half of it. You can even see it in their press pictures. One of the few areas I'd say UAG dropped the ball
But otherwise still the great and stylish protection you know and love! Please make a blue Kevlar with the carbon fiber, that'd be sick!

Bought a carbon fiber UAG case for my IPhone 15 Pro Max and had an issue with my phone case after about a year of owning it, I reached out to UAG support and they asked me to send a video with my issue and not even 3 days later I was sent a replacement case I have no complaints just wanted to say I love these cases and I appreciate the customer service. Thank you UAG!
