Awesome Case
This case is awesome. Feels great, and very premium. The magnets could be stronger, but it does its job. I drove around and had it on my magsafe phone holder and it stayed connected the whole time. I use a third party magnetic ring and it works perfectly. Now i wish i had bought UAG accessories with the discount haha. Feels great on the hand too. Also, if you have a square magsafe powerbank, dont worry, the camera lense wont get in the way. UAG did a great job in making sure its over the lense.

Refuse to honor warranty
I bought this case recently and not even two days after having the case attached to my phone I notice a hole in the very top left corner of the case. Also the kevalar accent on the back was fraying. I messaged UAG to get my warranty started. I sent them the pictures they asked for and described the defects in the case. They told me that the literal hole in the case won't affect the protection of the case which isn't true. Now they want me to send my case in using my own postage using my own money to send in a case that should have been perfect from the factory for how much I've spent. So my only option is to keep this defective case or send it in and wait a month to get a case back. I suppose they'll suggest I buy another case in the meantime and waste more money. I really wanted to like this company but if they won't honor a simple warranty they must not care too much about the customers that make it possible for their company to exist.
