We like these phone cases and they seem to protect well. We ordered online and UAG accidentally sent the wrong case. When I reached out to them, they immediately sent the right one. Great job UAG. The only negative thing I I could say is that shipping is slow. They use USPS

Phone case seems secure and the floral design on the back makes it appear less rugged. I gave it a 4 because the shipping was so slow. It was in stock but still took almost 2 weeks to arrive. Tracking info didn't update until 9 days after placing order and it looks like the case sat in the shipping for a week waiting for pickup to start delivery process. As luck would have it, my phone fell out of my pocket and the back shattered 2 days before receiving my case. Faster delivery may have prevented this costly damage.
