Return Policy

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your UAG product, you may return it to us for a full refund, less the original shipping costs.

The product must be returned to us within 30 days of the original purchase date and the product must have been purchased through the UAG website (www.urbanarmorgear.com).

If there is a price difference with an exchange, UAG will either refund the difference or send an email invoice for the remaining balance.

UAG does not handle product returns for UAG products purchased through Authorized Resellers.  Such cases must be resolved through the Authorized Re-seller.

Note: UAG reserves the right to refuse refunds on products that violate the terms of the Limited Product Warranty or products that are deemed to be counterfeits.
