What / who inspired you to start MMA?
What inspired me to start MMA was my competitive spirit. I would also have to thank my friends who I started my kickboxing journey with, and my family who i’d also train alongside with. If it wasn’t for the camaraderie I don’t think I would be where I am today.

What drives you to continue progressing and pushing yourself?
What drives me to continue to progress and push myself is my will to win or to at least have given it my all and that way I won’t have any regrets.

What part does fitness / health / wellness play in your life?
Fitness, health and wellness definitely go hand in hand. I find that when I take time for myself wether it be spending time outdoors exploring, making time to read and journal, eating properly, spending time with family and friends, or focusing on what is possible rather than what seems impossible definitely gives me a better outlook and perspective on life.

What has MMA taught you about yourself?
What MMA has taught me about myself is that i’m capable of doing anything I set my mind to. It has also taught me how to be disciplined and that I can accomplish any goals I set. It has taught me that I am capable of being fearless and that I can overcome any tough situations that may arise.

What would you hope to inspire in the people who look up to you?
What I would hope to inspire in the people that look up to me is that life is short and time is precious so we must maximize spreading faith, hope, and love to others around us. Also that we have the power to change anything that we feel is weighing us down in life and to always strive for the best version of yourself. Never stop learning.

Any words or tips to women who want to start MMA?
Some words or tips to any females who want to start MMA would be to first find your “WHY “ and let that be your biggest motivator !! Have fun, train hard, put in the work and do your thing!
